As he said that he wanted to know the "most used servers" and the "most famous channel" we can safely assume he meant the most popular networks/channels on all of IRC.
The resources fxmakers and Para gave him are two well-known, useful resources which provide statistics of the top networks and channels.
True if you grouped together all Anime networks and then classed them in order of popularity you would have different statistics, as Quakenet, Undernet, EFnet, DALnet, IRCnet (etc) are not Anime networks primarily, so they would not be included. However, I don't think he was asking for that
