Unfortunately I cannot remember for the life of me what it's called, but there is a DLL out there which does kinda what you want - it will display the text in that format in the active window from the last IRC channel window you left mIRC active with. It doesn't display the nicklist though. it was on mIRC.net before it went down, but often the authors submit to more than one site. Try

I think it would be a nice feature to have completely integrated into mIRC though.
