Someone suggested it before, but I'd like to see somethign like
www.php.net where you have the command and the "official" help, then below it user submissions. That way you get the command, its syntax, the defintiion. Then you get "real-user examples" Where people can post code, or what have you in addition to the already provided help.
Granted the help file is very well documented, but it's nice to see other's input and examples as well.
