All bans in the room, not ones just set by yourself. It goes through your internal ban list ($ibl) and lists them. This means if you just joined a channel, and haven't gotten the ban list yet (either didn't mode # +b the channel, or open up the channel info dialog) the bans will not show up. Just a lil heads up.
