I agree with this suggestion, and it is a valid one.

/echo has -f (flash) and -b (beep) flags, but they are useless a custom windows unless Flash and Beep settings can be applied to these windows. I dont see a reason why @windows cannot share the same menu of options and toggles that channels have.
