Ok, let me break down how I duplicate the bug/designflaw/my possible misunderstanding:

1) join a channel that you'll have ops in
2) add yourself to mirc's internal aop list
3) make sure the list is turned off (either manually or type /aop off)
4) Go into the COLORS tab
5) Color $me as any color of your choosing
6) Color any color of your choosing OTHER than the color above with the condition of OP list checked (nothing else checked/filled in so the entry says ANY LIST (OP))
7) place the "op listed" color ABOVE the $me color
8) You should be colored as in step #5
9) type /aop on
10) you should now be colored as in step #6

I use mask type 9 a lot altho I DOUBT it's $mask dependant. Now, correct me if Im wrong here, but shouldnt you be colored the "op color" REGARDLESS of weather or not the list is actually turned ON? I mean the entry exists regardless of it's active/deactive status. So is this a bug, a design flaw, or am I just not getting the way it's SUPPOSED to work. I have NOT tried it with older mircs as I only thought about doing this tonight (the reason that caused me to find the "bug")
