Go and buy some anti-virus software, install it and keep it up to date with regular signature updates from the software vendor's website. A kill reason doesn't mean you have a virus, it means that your connection details match previous troublesome connections and that you MAY - NOT DO - have the said infection.
Then and only then, if it turns out you are infected then the AV software should clean the virus up for you.
