Its hard for me to tell you anything more than is already in the DccPending thread
here . One person told me that they uninstalled mIRC v6.12, went and got a fresh copy and installed that. After that they didnt have any problems. (be sure you dont have the other copy of mIRC running when you do the install) It didnt make much sense, but its worth a try if you have checked everything else suggested and tried with other ppl. I would try getting from another person first, its more than possible the problem is on the senders end. Also be sure you arent running any scripts that could be interfering, type /!remote off
