Hello All,

I am having a problem receiving files using DCC get. I get to the window and it says accepting send, then connection failed. When I look in the server window, it tells me that

* You have a DCC pending, Set your client to receive the transfer. (150 seconds remaining until timeout)

I don't know how to tell the client to receive the transfer, Would someone please help me out here. Thanks.

answered a bazillion times, please use our search feature, set it to All Forums and expand the date range using dcc pending as your search term

Hello,

I went to look at that download page and I get a page not found message. Any other ideas?

You get that with PHP sometimes. Just refresh and it should show up.

Or try this thread.

Hii,

I did try that and that download page won't show up even after a refresh. I am behind a linksys router, I even went in the router and opened up all the ports, still no go. Strangly enough, it started to d/l this morning, but ever since then I have been unable to do any downloading.

Its hard for me to tell you anything more than is already in the DccPending thread here . One person told me that they uninstalled mIRC v6.12, went and got a fresh copy and installed that. After that they didnt have any problems. (be sure you dont have the other copy of mIRC running when you do the install) It didnt make much sense, but its worth a try if you have checked everything else suggested and tried with other ppl. I would try getting from another person first, its more than possible the problem is on the senders end. Also be sure you arent running any scripts that could be interfering, type /!remote off
