The best thing you can do to try and determine if you have this trojan is run The Cleaner. You can download a trial version of it at
http://www.moosoft.com/thecleaner/download.php. If after running that you still have problems, try going to #dmsetup on EFNet (irc.prison.net). They should be able to help you with your problem.
