As Parabrat quoted the scripting language used in mIRC is UNIQUE to mIRC. The mIRC scripting language was developed entirely around mIRC itself and some people refer to it as 'mIRCscript' as there doesn't seem to be an official name for it. Therefore I answered the question correctly.
