I'm using WinXP and I have used the firewall tutorial of mirc.org. I'm not behind a router, a proxy, whatever. I am behind a switch, but that contains no protection or other things. I previously used a dial-in modem, and I had the same problem. At this moment I am using ADSL (Lite), broadband.
