I have this problem a real long time now, no-one knows the answer. Why do I connect in 59s to servers? It is so slow, others do it in a few seconds. I didnt have this problem when I started IRCing, but after a few weeks this problem showed up. Also sometimes i get this:

[Fri(27) 21:32:23] * Disconnected

About 4 times a day.
I'm really desperate, I tried several firewall, shut them all down, I tried everything (as far as i know), but nothing helps.
