Sorry, i'll try to be more specific.
The ban i was referring to is a ban set on the NickServ account he's logged in with.
The command is: /mode #channel +b R:Mairel
To be precise, it's not the nickname a person is using, which could be different, but rather the one they're logged in with on NickServ. For example, maybe I'm using the nickname Mairel45 but i'm logged in with the nickname Mairel, so that command will ban Mairel, not Mairel45.
I called it a "custom ban" to mean a different type of ban than the ones you can currently set on the script, and i wasn't very clear, my bad. I hope it's clearer now.
