The new list looks very good, IMO. A welcome update, although I am still going to miss seeing #winsock in there. My (personal, highly specific, biased) feedback:
1. On QuakeNet, #help is the official QuakeNet IRC support channel, and among the largest channels on the network. It just happens to be secret (+s), but that is not intended to stop real people from joining. I think QuakeNet should be among the networks listed for #help.
2. You may already have considered this, but I am still going to try: on Libera.Chat, #mIRC exists but redirects to ##mIRC, as the channel is not an official representation of mIRC Co Ltd. As such, #mIRC itself is empty, but joining it still gets you to the right place. As such, I would say that including Libera.Chat in the list for #mIRC is still a good idea. The same may apply to a few other channels in the current list.
