This affects all version of mIRC that I've tested (V7.x)
Try & load any picture ending in .jpeg & drawpic fails, rename the same image as .jpg & drawpic works.
I know this isn't a major issue, but its annoying.
Shouldn't the image loading functions be getting file type from the file contents rather than the file name?
