Is there a way to add commands like !raffle on and !raffle off so people can't randomly buy tickets when there's no raffle going on?
I'm pretty new to scripting.

I am pretty sure that every script posted here has exactly what you are looking for. They are just labeled as !ticket start and !ticket close.
