invision, upp, and sysreset are mIRC scripts, not applications.
They might be using DLL's that are incompatible with the 64 bit architecture on your pc, but are compatible with the 32 bit on your laptop.
Try a clean installation of mIRC. That is, no scripts, no 3rd party DLL's. In short, just as you get it from
here and install it to a directory that doesn't already exist in order to ensure that you don't get settings from a previous installation working with the new installation.
