No problem at all, it can be really frustrating when anti-virus or firewall applications do this without telling you. When you try to open a link in mIRC, mIRC passes the link to your default browser in the standard way that applications are supposed to, so I can't think why it is being blocked. Online Armor should at least let you know that it is blocking an application, so that you don't waste your time trying to figure out what is going on - for all you know, it may be quietly affecting other applications as well.
