MediaDriven might have banned you while banning someone with a similar IP or there might be a problem between your ISP and the MediaDriven server(s). There are alot of possibilities. If you know someone else on your ISP see if they can connect and if you know one of the IRCOp's emails ask them if they have banned you. Apart from that you will just have to wait and see if it lets you back on, if they have banned you the ban will probably expire eventually.
