I'm wondering if there are any $event where the OTHER TEXT color is used, or whether it's just something used only by scripts, like the INFO2 TEXT color.
'Show Identd requests' uses Other .. don't know what others if any.
Ping? Pong! .. Local info display .. 'Your main nickname is now..' .. 'Your alternate nickname is now..' .. errors like 'Software caused connection abort' and probably all disconnect errors.
Those all use Info2 .. don't know what others if any.
