By default, mIRC doesn't have one, but you can change that in the Pop-ups section of your Remote Editor.
Press Alt+r to open the remote editor
Click the Pop-ups tab
Click View - Query
Place the & sign in front of the letter that you want to use for the shortcut.
Click OK
