DO NOT copy the SSL DLL into the mIRC folder while Open SSL is installed on your computer. It will not work. Delete the DLL file, the name I can't seem to remember right now (might have started with an l). Re-Install Open-SSL. If you need a walk-through, may I point you in the direction of this URL -->
