ok, this is exactly what happens:

I start my computer
Everything loads as usual
mIRC loads on tray with all of the other programs
mIRC connects to the 'dynastynet.net' server (which the on connect script is used for)
mIRC stays in tray
mIRC does not lock, it opens if someone d-clicks the icon.
