This gline message is given to user/IPs found to be infected with peerbot.b to stop the IP spreading this worm on Undernet, see
web page for a description of the worm and what it does, if your IP is dynamic, it could be that a former recipient of that IP was infected, abuse@ should know this from the gline reason, and will contact you accordingly, hope this helps
