Well I am using that in this:

if ($4- == cookie) { //describe $chan $+(*,Takes $4-,*) | msg $chan Thanks for the cookie! }

and the result is:

* StupBot *Takes cookie*
<StupBot> Thanks for the cookie!

Which is two lines.
