I use CA's etrust too and started facing this problem some hours back !!!
I think that the new dat updates for etrust AV has started recognising MIRC.exe as a trojan W32.IRCFLood/mirc thanks to some trojan using MIRC for its work.
I guess this is an AV bug and CA needs to sort this out internally on a war footing !!!
