Forums mIRC Help PacketNews - The link isnt opening mIRC anymore

When I use IE all I get is page not found.

When I use FireFox all I get is IRC is not a registered protocol.

It was all working before I reinstalled software on my PC. What is going on now? My mIRC used to pop up perfect before..but now I get nothing.

Any clue?
