Closing my internet connection and reconnecting changes nothing. On the other hand maintaining the same connection but attempting to connect to mirc at different times sometimes works. The problem with this if course is that I have no control on when I manage to connect. I'm guessing the only option is contacting my internet provider, but what exactly should I ask for?
