i finally got my problem fixed ... i had to install a older Mirc
to get rid of the iphlpapi.dll error ...
6.14 works fine
I read somewhere that many people had the same problem with 6.15- 6.16 ( not sure about the .15)
so i tried to install the 6.14
and it worked ...
if others want the 6.14 version ill try to find the URL to the old one so you other can get it too
i dont have it in my head right now ... but ill see if i can find it again
im using AMD64 XP pro sp2
