It sure helps already, but when cpu stress is less than 60 percent the script makes mirc slow down every +/- 5secs for some miliseconds. I can live with that, but if I (anybody) could solve it it would be nicer

Is it because it calls the vbscript or just because the $isprocess isn't that quick?
