Turns out I have "PE BAGLE N-O"
I need to do this in the registry, but it wont let me run the damn registry! Can someone tell me how to make a .reg file to do this:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft>Windows>
CurrentVersion>Run
In the right panel, locate and delete the entry or entries:
winupd.exe=%System%\winupd.exe
