When i try to connect it tells me this

When i press on the link it tells me nothing is wrong with your IP address. what should i do.

You need to contact the network that banned you. We can't really help.

Hmm I checked your ip you gave in your opening post and it is actually listed giving this "infected with an unknown worm, trojan or spam drone: run any antivirus software you may have." as the reason. You can request a removal from the listing too so check again.
