Forums mIRC Help creating a custom animated icon for the taskbar

I am looking for how to create a custom animated icon for the taskbar for my script. The default mirc icon blinks fine but I can't figure out how to create an animated icon that mIRC will accept. I have tried an animated GIF file and an .ANI file but neither of these show up in the list when I try to load them. Can anyone help me?

Pretty cryptic reply there. Whose icon libraby? Where do I find it? How does that get me a custom icon that is animated.????

An icon library is a file that has more than one icon in it. typically with a file extension .icl

I know what an icon library is. I just don't see how that helps me with my original problem. I was asking about A) Creating a custom animated icon for mIRC. So can you explain to me how "icon libraby" explains my question?
