Have you seen this thread just above yours?

If you don't mean mIRC, what do you mean by 'IRC download'? Are you aware that mIRC is not the same as IRC, so you did not download 'IRC' - mIRC is just one of many IRC clients that allows you to connect to IRC. If you download anything on IRC, and paid for it, then that has nothing to do with mIRC.
