For my website I would like to have a IRC-channel for my visitors, how do I make one?

Choose the server you'd like to use, pick a name for the channel (it has to be a channel that doesn't already exist) and then /join it by typing /join #<channel name you picked>

do you mean having a java console within your site?

there's also another way to get people to join a room on a specified server:

<a href=irc://irc.server.com/#channel> "click here to join my channel!" </a>

this will force mIRC to open, and connect to the server and join that channel

I'd like to know how to add a java console.
