I'm trying to set up my router so I can send & receive with DCC. The tutorials on how to do this always say Change the "DCC Ports:" First to 2070 and Last to 2075. And then create a rule to forward TCP port range 2070-2075 to your computer.
The problem is you can no longer set the DCC port range with mIRC 6.16 which is the version I have. If you go to Options and then to DCC/Options the port range options is no longer there. Seems odd that this was a feature on older versions but not this one.
What am I missing? I don't see how to set the DCC port range at all. Is there a default range that I should use for setting up my router settings? What's the deal?
thanks wink

nevermind grin

I just realized they moved the port range option to connect/options/advanced.
