I'm not sure if this is an OS issue or not, but I'll put it here anyway. I'm trying to send a friend a file and I have the ability to upload at ~65KB/s due to my connection. When I send only one file, the max I can get is about 37KB/s regardless of network/channel.. However, when I send two files at once, I can get 33KB/s x2 for both. I've checked max cps and such to each user.. and tried to change it, but it didn't do anything. I've also tried all the suggestions on mIRC.org (like packet size and so on), but this issue happens with everyone I try and send file to. Packetsize set to 2048 as apposed to 8196 seemed to help a little, but can I use other divisions than the standard packet size? (37KB/s->47KB/s). The person I'm currently sending to has the ability to download at ~400KB/s as well, so its not his end.

I'm using Win XP Pro.
Any suggestions?
