hiho, it would be nice if DCC could be throttled, as well sends as gets. uploads with full bandwith often disconnect mirc due to a ping timeout for example greets Phish
Try Options > DCC > Fserve > Total Max CPS for send speeds .. and no, mIRC doesn't know if you're using FServe or just /dcc send (but it does throttle send speeds).

but there's no option for throttling the get-bandwidth (i know there are programs like "netlimiter" to throttle single programs, but it would be nice to have that feature included in mirc though :>)
