Yup... As in the subject, those doesn't seem to work at all.
Refering to help file, those at least should exist.
/window help: "The third set of switches is used to change the appearance of a window."

If those works somehow, please tell me an example how to get them working... Thanks.

A simple quick test shows that they are working:

/window -d +L @test

The -d switch opens the window @test on the desktop. The +L switch (From the 3rd list of params) means the window won't open on the taskbar. If you type just /window -d @test you will see it does appear on the taskbar.

Make sure you prefix the 3rd params with a + symbol not a - symbol.
