Hey there,
mIRC is an IRC client it has nothing to do with what goes on in channels or servers. It has nothing to do with the behaviour of the ops. Ops in a channel are NOT representatives of mIRC in any way

Ops of a channel basically own the channel, like the owner of a house. This means they can kick you out for whatever reason they like, they can ban you and say whatever they like to you. If you don't like the way you're being treated then you can either /ignore the op or, if it's a lot of ops, leave the channel. You could also look for a "senior op" (some channels have Owners/Founders depending upon what network you use) and you could complain to them. Ask in the #Help channel if there is a hierarchy of ops on that network.
You may want to see
this page which explains about channel bans/server bans and how we can't do anything about it.
Hope you get your issues sorted

Regards,
