im curious why theres not like $chanontop
right now u haveta play with $active and $lactive and
$lactivecid $activecid; like if u wanna msg the ontop channel from like a picwindow (that might even be +L) or something through a popup and that makes it complicated to do it right now u can kinda do it with $lactivecid then $lactive if its like a picwin thats +L and stuff so then check if ischan but still its complicated and not 100% affective it can be wrong under certain circumstances so if there was a $topchan or something to get the ontop channel no matter what cid or channel just whicever is on top and if one is not on top or theres no channel to be returned just return $false
