Forums Connection Issues Can't use Irc links

I'm using Mirc. I've tried everything and still can't use the irc links. When I click on it, a new mirc windows starts even if I already have one and then two error windows appears and that's it. Somebody help.

Seems I'm using system reset but still the newest version of mirc. Someone please help.
