Is there a way to change my IP address?
If any, please give some advice on how to do it.

If you want to change your IP address then indeed, you will need to follow Watchdog's advice. However, I have noticed a number of people do not know (or do not display that they know) the difference between changing and hiding your IP address.

For information on hiding your IP Address (i.e. with a virtual host (vhost)) then take a look at this thread. You may also wish to use the Search feature - expand to 'All Forums' and 'All Posts' for best results. There have been lots of threads started about hiding your IP address on IRC covering all kinds of possibilities.
