Forums mIRC Help Can't get dcc files for some reason

Hey guys i have a new problem today. From today i can't get any dcc files. I've tried many different users and same thing allways. I was able to get files so far and now i can't. I haven't made any changes on my pc and i got dcc ignore on Off. Now i allways get the same msg:
DCC Get of The.Simpsons.S15E18-TV.tar from TV-ConsolezX incomplete (unable to connect)

Using mIRC to obtain The Simpsons episodes is illegal as the TV episodes are copyrighted. The videos are also copyrighted and other people pay to buy the videos.

The policy on these boards is that we don't help with illegal file trading. See this post for some more reasons/confirmation.
