I found a Channel on undernet that is a tradding channel for people into child porn....I also found out who the moderator is...who do I report them to?

It's always a good idea to search the network's website for help as they are more knowledgeable about their own protocol and rules. Undernet's website being www.undernet.org.

With something like this however, you may wish to actually contact your local law enforcement and see if they can suggest how to take further action. Whilst of course your law enforcement cannot prosecute if they're not in your country/state, they may be able to give advice on what to do, where to go etc, or even take it upon themselves to do it. You will need substantial evidence however, and I do not suggest downloading the images yourself as that too could be unlawful.

Undernet has had child porn channels for years. The management will probably not doing anything about it because if they went after them, it would technically be a "moderated" network. Your best bet, if you wish, is to go to an actual authority, like the FBI.

The only option for dealing with crime is the police force serving in a competant jurisdiction.

agreed, its something best left to professionals. While small local law enforcement officials may not have the resources to assist themselves, they certainly should be aware of who to contact.
