I recently formatted my hard drive and I tried to use a fresh copy of Invision 6.14 ( I previously had 6.12) and when I try to connect to my usual server I get a msg stating.. "unable to connect- invalid argument" I would like to know what to do to connect to my IRC server. If anyone has any experience or can help me out, I"d appreciate it.

Thanks.

Do you get the same problem when using a plain copy of mIRC with no scripts (i.e. no Invision)?

If not, then this is a script error, and you should ask the author of the script about it. (To me, it sounds like this is certainly going to be the case).

"Invalid argument" appears to be some kind of Winsock Error.
