Forums Connection Issues DCC Chat problem (with certain people)

Hello,

I have a curious problem. Unlike most people with DCC Chat problems, who can't initiate a Chat with ANYONE, I can't DCC chat with certain people. For example, here's what happened when I tried to initate a DCC chat with this person:

DCC session closed

Could this problem be from my side, or it something wrong with those 'certain people'? I'm on aDSL, with a home network using the 2-Wire Homeportal. The firewall in my Homeportal has been set to DMZ-Plus, which opens all ports (but data is inspected by the firewall).

If you can initiate dcc chat sessions with some people, but can't do it with others, the problem is most likely to be at their end... ask them (if you can) to switch servers -e.g., instead of using a us server, connect to an european server of the same network... that's all I can think of
