It said i was banned from irc.us.gamesurge.net I dont know i was afk, and my irc kept reloggin in and out and then it said i was banned...is it temparory? or what?

It helped but it throttled alot , and then it says g-lined is it permanent ban or what?

To prevent this from happening again, it's recommended to raise the delay between connection attempts to at least 8 seconds. You can set it under ALT+O >> [+] Connect >> Options >> [Retry...]. Also make sure to disable any script which would attempt to do immediate reconnection.
