Your username is invalid.

If your mail address were foo@bar.com, your username would be foo.

Basically, the value in the "Full Name" field is different than what you have prefixed in your email field. In the mIRC options window (alt+o), in the connection area, you'll notice 4 immediate fields. Full Name, Email, Nick, and Alt. Nick. The fullname must be the same value as what prefixed the @ in your email address. Ex:

Full Name: KingTomato
Email: KingTomato@kingtomato.com

That would work.

Full Name: King T. Mato
Email: KingTomato@kingtomato.com

that however, will not. Simply match the values of the italics in both fields, and you should be fine.

try putting the same thing in mIRC's options under connect/identd on the user id line.

I wonder if perhaps the network doesnt like the mix of numbers with letters?

Actually, read http://www.quakenet.org/faq/faq.php?c=4&f=135#135 that explains their specific rules

do you have identd server enabled in mIRC's identd options? could you be blocking port 113 in firewall (including xp's) or router?

the only other thing i can suggest is contacting quakenet for help, http://www.quakenet.org/

You'll need to forward port 113 in your router, you can find some info in the posts on this thread and links to help info on some routers in this thread
